This Privacy Policy explains how Wisdom Interactive ("Wisdom Interactive," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with Doku Blast, our websites, and related interactive digital services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Services and providers we use

Doku Blast may use the following services:

Firebase Authentication to create and manage anonymous player accounts without requiring a name, email address, or password.
Cloud Firestore and Firebase Cloud Functions to provide cloud save, synchronize game progress, deliver game services, and process account-related requests.
Firebase App Check to help verify that requests come from an authentic version of Doku Blast and to reduce abuse.
Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app use, product interaction, gameplay events, and player retention.
Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information used to improve stability.
Google AdMob and Unity Ads to deliver and measure advertisements, including rewarded ads, and to help prevent invalid activity and fraud.
Tenjin to attribute app installs and selected in-app activity to advertising campaigns, measure campaign performance and return on advertising spend, and help detect advertising fraud.
AppLovin to promote Doku Blast through user-acquisition campaigns and receive campaign measurement information from Tenjin.

2. Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request support, submit an account- or data-deletion request, join a beta test, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, message content, platform, app version, Player ID, and other information needed to respond to your request.

3. Anonymous account and cloud-save information

Doku Blast may create an anonymous Firebase Authentication account. This allows cloud save and related game services to function without asking you to create a traditional account. We may process an anonymous account identifier and account-linked information such as game progress, level status, settings, rewards, streaks, daily-challenge status, and other cloud-save records.

An anonymous account identifier is not intended to contain your name or email address. Do not place personal information in player names, support fields, or other free-text areas unless it is necessary for your request.

4. Analytics and player-retention information

Google Analytics for Firebase may collect or derive app-instance identifiers, device and app information, approximate location derived from signals such as IP address, session information, and product-interaction events. We may log events such as app opens, tutorial activity, level starts and results, scores, play duration, hints and power-ups used, daily-challenge activity, rewarded-ad completion, selected skins, feature usage, and similar gameplay actions.

We use this information to understand how Doku Blast is used, measure player retention and return activity, identify where players encounter difficulty, evaluate features, improve game balance and design, and assess the quality of marketing campaigns. We do not intentionally use analytics event names or parameters to collect your name, email address, message content, or other directly identifying free-form information.

5. Crash reporting and diagnostics

Firebase Crashlytics may process crash logs, stack traces, app state, device model, operating-system version, app version, installation identifiers, and related technical and diagnostic information. We use crash-reporting data to identify, prioritize, and fix stability and performance problems.

6. Advertising

Doku Blast may use Google AdMob and Unity Ads to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Advertising providers may process device and app information, IP address, approximate location, advertising or app identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, reward completion, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance, and prevent invalid activity.

Doku Blast is configured to request contextual or non-personalized advertising treatment where supported. Advertising providers may still process limited information needed for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention. Where required, a consent or privacy-options interface may allow you to review or change available advertising choices. You may also manage tracking permissions and advertising identifiers through your iOS or Android device settings.

7. Mobile attribution and advertising measurement

We use Tenjin as a mobile measurement and attribution provider and AppLovin as an advertising partner. These services help us understand whether an advertisement led to an app install or other selected activity, compare Android and iOS campaign performance, measure advertising effectiveness and return on advertising spend, and detect invalid traffic or advertising fraud.

Depending on your device, permissions, privacy settings, and applicable law, Tenjin and AppLovin may process information such as IP address, advertising identifiers including the Android Advertising ID and, where permission is granted, Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers, vendor or app-instance identifiers, device model, operating-system and app version, language, country or approximate region, time zone, install-referrer information, campaign and advertisement identifiers, impressions, clicks, app opens, sessions, and selected in-app or advertising-revenue events that we configure for measurement. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, support-message content, or other directly identifying free-form information to Tenjin or AppLovin for attribution.

On iOS, access to the Identifier for Advertisers is subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. If you decline tracking permission, Doku Blast continues to function and attribution may rely on more limited information permitted by Apple and applicable law. On Android, you may manage or reset advertising identifiers and related privacy controls through your device settings.

8. Security and App Check

Firebase App Check and related platform services such as Play Integrity and DeviceCheck may process app-attestation tokens, device or app integrity signals, and technical request information. We use these signals to help protect Doku Blast, Firebase services, cloud save, and player data from abuse, automated access, tampering, and unauthorized clients.

9. How we use information

We may use information to:

Operate, maintain, secure, and improve Doku Blast and the Services.
Create and manage anonymous accounts and provide cloud save.
Restore and synchronize game progress and settings.
Measure gameplay, feature use, analytics, and player retention.
Attribute app installs and selected activity to advertising campaigns and measure campaign performance and return on advertising spend.
Diagnose crashes, errors, stability problems, and performance issues.
Deliver and measure contextual or non-personalized advertising and in-game rewards.
Detect fraud, abuse, invalid activity, and unauthorized access.
Respond to support, privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests.
Comply with legal obligations and protect our users, Services, and rights.

10. How information is shared

We may disclose information to service providers that support authentication, cloud hosting, cloud save, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, app distribution, security, fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers may include Google, Unity, Tenjin, and AppLovin and process information according to their terms, our configuration, and applicable law.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect the rights, safety, and security of Wisdom Interactive, our users, or others; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, configuration, and user choices, certain disclosures to advertising or measurement providers may be treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising. We provide the choices described in this policy and honor applicable legal rights.

11. Data retention

We retain account-linked and cloud-save information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide game services, maintain an active account, resolve disputes, meet security needs, or comply with legal obligations, unless a valid deletion request requires earlier deletion.

Analytics, player-retention, attribution, advertising, crash-reporting, diagnostic, App Check, and security records may be retained for periods set by us or our service providers and may be aggregated or de-identified. Retention periods vary by data category, service, configuration, legal requirement, and operational need. We delete, aggregate, or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

12. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Doku Blast anonymous account and associated cloud-save data. Instructions are available at wisdom-interactive.com/delete-account.html. In versions of Doku Blast that include an in-app deletion option, you may also begin deletion from the game’s privacy or account settings.

After a valid request is confirmed, we will delete or arrange deletion of account-linked data under our control unless retention is required or permitted by law. Aggregated, de-identified, security, fraud-prevention, crash-reporting, attribution, advertising, transaction, and legal-compliance records may remain where they are no longer reasonably linked by us to your account or must be retained. Uninstalling the app does not by itself submit an account-deletion request.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, to appeal certain decisions, or to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Your available choices may include:

Requesting deletion of your Doku Blast account and cloud-save data.
Using in-app consent or privacy options when displayed.
Managing app-tracking permission through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Managing or resetting advertising identifiers and related privacy settings through your device.
Disabling notifications through your device settings if notifications are offered in the future.
Contacting us to ask a privacy question or exercise an applicable legal right.

14. Children’s privacy

Doku Blast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a higher minimum age applies under local law, we apply that requirement. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. International processing

Wisdom Interactive and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

16. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include access controls, platform security features, Firebase security rules, App Check, and encrypted transmission. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Doku Blast, our data practices, service providers, configurations, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
