Account & Data Deletion

Doku Blast may create an anonymous Firebase account so that game services such as cloud save can work without asking you for a name, email address, or password. You may request deletion of that anonymous account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@wisdom-interactive.com with the subject line Doku Blast Account Deletion Request.

Please include, if available:

• Your Doku Blast Player ID or anonymous account ID.
• Your platform: iOS or Android.
• Your app version and approximate date of your last use.
• Any other information that may help us locate the correct account.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to the correct account. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or government identification documents.

In-app deletion

In versions of Doku Blast that include an in-app deletion option, you may also begin deletion from the game’s privacy or account settings. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

What we delete

After a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or arrange deletion of account-linked data under our control, which may include:

• The anonymous Firebase Authentication account associated with the request.
• Cloud-save data and account-linked game progress stored in Cloud Firestore.
• Account-linked settings, rewards, streaks, or similar game-service records under our control.
• Other directly account-linked records that are not required to be retained.

Data that may remain

Some aggregated, de-identified, or non-account-linked analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and legal-compliance records may remain where they cannot reasonably be used by us to identify your account, or where retention is required or permitted by law. Data controlled independently by app stores, advertising providers, or other third parties is subject to their own deletion processes and policies.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law. We will contact you if additional time or information is reasonably required and will confirm when the request has been completed.

Important note

Uninstalling Doku Blast does not by itself submit an account-deletion request. Deletion may permanently remove cloud progress and may not be reversible.
